The MV6 VarioLase is a mobile fiber laser that, thanks to its nozzle seal meets all requirements of laser class 1, making it a safe and reliable companion in everyday work for both the user and their environment. It can be used in hard-to-reach places and onbulky components that are often too large for a cabin.

VERSATILE

• Laser Marking: steel and aluminum / Laser Annealing: steel and aluminum / Frothing: plastic
• The three individual attachments with quick-change system were developed for different shapes and make it possible to mark hard-to-reach areas with the laser
• Data Matrix codes, QR codes, barcodes, PDF-147, and many more can be scanned as jobs or created directly in the program

INTERFACES

• Numerous interfaces such as TCP/IP and Profinet can be integrated, enabling connection to various automation processes.

ERGONOMICS AND FUNCTIONALITY

• The control panel can be adjusted continuously from 30° to 80°, ensuring consistently good visibility even in difficult lighting conditions.
• The side edges provide additional protection against accidental slipping of the keyboard. The mouse allows for familiar and comfortable operation.

SAFETY

• The LEDs on the handle indicate the current status of the device at all times. The laser is only activated when the nozzle seal is guaranteed and all LEDs are lit. This ensures a smooth process before and during laser marking.
